The Glastender C-MFT-20 CHOICE Underbar Mixology Unit is a model that includes many of the tools and features that bartenders and barbacks need in one piece of equipment. It’s a one-stop solution for processing garnishes, rinsing out shakers and keeping all the mixology tools sanitary. Glastender's Underbar Sinks are high quality and made to last.

One of the unique features of this model is the simple push-down rinser faucet that easily rinses shaker cans to be absolutely sure that flavors don’t mix from one drink to the next. The rinser uses a ⅜” sink lead for water supply and a 30 PSI water pressure regulator is included to make sure the water pressure isn’t too high.

Mixology tools are kept clean and at the ready with a 6” diameter dipper well that can have water continuously flowing with its own faucet. A ⅜” sink lead supplies water to the faucet and the drainage of the well uses a 1-½” I.P.S. threaded drain.

An 11” x 8” cutting board that is securely mounted provides a convenient place to cut and prepare garnishes. For cleaning the cutting board can be lifted out of place. A conveniently located ice scoop well at the corner of the unit provides a safe and easy to reach place for an ice scoop.

The backsplash-mounted main faucet includes both cold and hot water. Accessing the ⅜” sink leads for installation or maintenance is accomplished by removing four (4) bolts from the backsplash. The sink basin includes a perforated plastic wet waste strainer to separate solid waste from the wet waste and can be easily lifted out for emptying. The sink bowl is attached to drainage with a 1-½” I.P.S. threaded drain and is 6” deep and 9-¼” x 11-½”.

The Glastender C-MFT-20 CHOICE Underbar Mixology Unit is made from extremely durable and simple to clean 10 gauge stainless steel. The legs are 1-⅝” in diameter, made from thick 16 gauge stainless steel, and 16” long. This mixology unit is designed to fit perfectly with other Glastender CHOICE underbar equipment.

The Glastender C-MFT-20 CHOICE Underbar Mixology Unit has received certification from ETL-Sanitation and all faucets included are NSF/ANSI 61, Annex G compliant.
