Global Refrigeration CKDC87V-W Description
Treat your customers to a wide variety of ice cream flavors with the CKDC87V-W VisiDipper ice cream dipping cabinet by Global Refrigeration. This 88" long Energy Star unit provides 26.4 cubic ft. storage for 28 three-gallon ice cream tubs! The 16 tubs are perfectly visible from the 4.5" tall heated curved glass front while the LED lighting enhances the presentation! You can stow up to 12 backup tubs in the hidden storage so you can swap out immediately whenever the displayed flavors run out.
With galvanized steel inside and out plus a stainless steel top, durability won't be an issue with this cabinet! A scratch-proof tempered glass lid with air piston assistance should make for quick and safe service.
This ice cream dipping cabinet maintains a temperature range of -15 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit and has a manual defrost. A digital temperature controller allows you to set up and maintain a proper environment for your ice cream. The canopy has heaters that provide excellent insulation to keep the frozen treats firm and tasty in every scoop.
With a hermetic compressor and a bare tube condenser powering this unit, you enjoy a more energy-efficient cooling performance and lower maintenance costs! The R404a refrigerant on board also makes it ozone-friendly!
The CKDC87V-W VisiDipper ice cream dipping cabinet is an Energy Star model with cULus and UL EPH certifications for guaranteed safe use and performance. It is rated 12.5 amps and uses a 115/60/1 electrical connection with NEMA 5-15 plugging.
