The Hobart 3SLICE-9/16 9/16" fine slicer plate (14.0mm) can help you achieve the exact results you want to deliver consistent dishes. This accessory is designed for use with your FP300, FP350, or FP400 commercial food processors. This aluminum plate with a stainless steel knife can be used to finely and precisely slice vegetables and more into small pieces without mashing or bruising them. Note: When using a 9/16" slicing plate for dicing, only a low 5/8", 3/4", or 1" dicing grid can be used.
