Powered by a 2 hp direct drive motor, the Hobart HCM62-1 food processor is a reliable and flexible machine that deserves a spot in your busy kitchen. This model features a 6 qt. stainless steel bowl and a set of COOLCUTTER knives that include two cutting knives and two turning knives all made of stainless steel. These knives are can operate at 1500 and 3000 rpm, making this unit highly versatile to accomplish emulsifying, pureeing, and other food prep tasks. The unique design also prevents the temperature from rising while maintaining uniformity and consistency in every cut. This commercial food processor features large user-friendly controls for easy operation and has a triple safety interlock system that reduces hazards during use. The see-through design of the bowl cover paired with the integrated lid wiping system makes it easy to monitor the progress. Plus, the feed tube is large to let you conveniently add ingredients as needed. The patented bowl scraper allows you to scrape the bowl clean without interrupting the unit while the bowl gasket keeps the contents inside to prevent any mess. Measuring only 18.5" tall, 12" wide, and 13.5" deep, this food processor has a compact design that can fit on small counters with no trouble. This Hobart food processor is the best machine I've ever tried. I can make all sorts of stuff with it effortlessly and quickly. This unit is the bowl style so it's possible to do sauces, creams and purees too and they turn out awesome.
