The Hobart HL1400C-1STD commercial planetary mixer can mix, blend, and knead 140 quarts of ingredients at a time, making it ideal for high-production kitchens. Specifically designed for correctional use, this mixer features tamper-resistant fasteners, handles, and knobs. Any recipe can be achieved with precision and efficiency with the unit boasting four (4) speeds plus a stir speed and a 50-minute SmartTimer™. The transmission boasts a gear-driven design that ensures non-stop mixing at consistent speed. The 140-quart bowl is made of stainless steel and comes with a power bowl-lift design and bowl guard for added protection and convenience. This unit includes an aluminum "B" beater, "ED" dough hook, and bowl truck. It requires a 200-240v/50/60Hz/3-ph electrical connection.
