The Hobart HL200-40STD bench-type planetary mixer comes fully equipped with a 20-quart stainless steel bowl with a bowl guard and manual lift for safe and easy setup. This mixer is powered by a 1/2 HP motor that supports 3 fixed speeds plus stir speed that can be activated on the fly, a gear-driven transmission for reliable motor performance, and a 15-minute SmartTimer for accurate recipe mixing times. This commercial planetary mixer includes an aluminum beater, stainless steel wire whip, aluminum dough arm, stainless steel ingredient chute, and a #12 taper hub, and a manual bowl lift.
