The Hobart HL800-1STD commercial planetary mixer is a kitchen workhorse with a 3 HP motor and 80 quarts capacity. This unit can switch between four (4) fixed speeds and a stir speed on the fly to produce optimal results. The 20-minute SmartTimer removes much of the guesswork while the automatic last recall feature streamlines the process of mixing multiple batches of the same ingredients. This unit features a gear-driven transmission that works well under heavy loads. This mixer comes equipped with an 80 qt. stainless steel bowl (with power bowl lift and stainless steel bowl guard), an "ED" dough hook, a "B" beater, and a bowl truck.
