You can switch between four (4) fixed speeds and a stir speed on the fly, so you can enjoy better control for each batch. The gear transmission facilitates consistent motor speed under heavy loads to ensure reliable performance throughout the day. This mixer comes with a 60 qt. stainless steel bowl with power bowl lift and stainless steel bowl guard. The package includes a #12 taper hub, an aluminum "B" beater, a stainless steel "D" wire whip, an ingredient chute, and an "ED" dough hook.
