When it comes to feeding large groups of people, you can get by swimmingly with the Hobart HL662-2STD commercial planetary mixer with a 60-quart capacity in your kitchen. This unit has a 2.7 HP motor with two (2) fixed speeds that you can activate as needed to knead the product thoroughly and according to your preference. There is a 20-minute SmartTimer that guides you through recipe mixing times with added accuracy. The gear-drive transmission maintains reliable speed and performance even when loads are on the heavier side, reducing the risk of downtime or breakdown. This mixer comes equipped with a 60 qt. stainless steel bowl (with power bowl lift and stainless steel bowl guard), #12 taper hub, and an "ED" dough hook. This model requires a voltage of 380-460v/50/60Hz/3-ph electrical connection.
