The Hobart HL400-1STD commercial planetary mixer has a production capacity of 30-quarts and a 1.5 hp motor to handle tough operations. This mixer can operate at three (3) fixed speeds plus a stir speed change that you can change while the mixer is running to get the right consistency and texture you are after. The 20-minute SmartTimer helps achieve accurate results for better-tasting dishes. The gear transmission delivers consistent motor speed and keeps the unit running smoothly with no downtime so you can get more work done in a day. This planetary mixer has a stainless steel bowl with a manual bowl lift and stainless steel bowl guard to reduce hazards and ensure safe, proper use. The package includes a #12 taper hub, aluminum "B" beater, and stainless steel "D" wire. It requires a 100-120v/50/60Hz/1-ph electrical connection.
