The Hobart HL600C-1STD planetary mixer is built with correctional facilities in mind. This unit has a powerful 2.7 HP motor and a 60-quart capacity to handle the toughest mixing applications you throw at it. This mixer can run at four (4) fixed speeds and a stir speed to produce high-quality ingredients for cooking or baking. The 50-minute SmartTimer increases mixing precision to ensure better results. The gear-driven transmission ensures the unit doesn't falter under heavy use. This mixer includes a 60 qt. stainless steel bowl (with power bowl lift and stainless steel bowl guard), #12 taper hub, aluminum "B" beater, stainless steel "D" wire whip, and an "ED" dough hook. This model requires a 200-240-volt, 50/60Hz, 3/1-ph electrical connection.
