Hobart HL200-2 Description
The Hobart HL200-2 is a 20-quart bench-type commercial planetary mixer with a 1/2 hp motor to handle daily mixing and food prep tasks. To deliver the best results, this mixer features three (3) fixed speeds and stir speed that can be switched on the fly, gear-driven transmission for consistent motor speed, and 15-minute SmartTimer™ for accuracy. The stainless steel bowl has a manual bowl-lift design and a bowl guard for safe and easy operation. No attachments are included. It uses a 200-240v/50/60Hz/1-ph electrical connection.
