Hobart HL200-51STD Description
The Hobart HL200-51STD is a 20-quart floor-type commercial planetary mixer powered by a 0.5 hp motor that can operate at three fixed speeds plus a stir speed that you can activate as needed to achieve the best texture and quality for your recipes. The 15-minute SmartTimer makes it easy to achieve proper mixing times for desired results while the gear-driven transmission maintains consistent motor speed and assists during heavy load. This planetary mixer comes with a #12 taper hub, 20 qt. stainless steel bowl (with manual bowl lift and stainless steel bowl guard), aluminum "B" beater, stainless steel "D" wire whip, aluminum dough arm, and stainless steel ingredient chute. It uses a voltage of 400 volts, 50Hz, 3-ph electrical connection.
