Perfect for kneading pizza and other mixing applications, the Hobart HL662-1 commercial planetary mixer with a 60-quart capacity is powered by a 2.7 motor with two (2) fixed speeds that you can switch on the fly. The motor is guided by a gear-driven transmission during heavier loads for consistent performance. This mixer has a 20-minute SmartTimer that helps you keep track of each batch. This unit comes with a power bowl lift and a #12 taper attachment hub. This model requires a 200-240v/50/60Hz/3/1-ph electrical connection. This item DOES NOT come equipped with any accessories.
