This mixer has a powerful 2.7 HP motor that has two (2) fixed agitator speeds perfect for kneading bulks of pizza dough quickly and uniformly. The 20-minute SmartTimer minimizes manual intervention while ensuring optimal results every time. The unit also has a gear-driven transmission that keeps the motor at the ideal speed even under heavy loads. This mixer comes equipped with a 60-quart stainless steel bowl (with power bowl lift and stainless steel bowl guard), #12 taper hub, an "ED" dough hook, a "B" beater, a "D" whip, and a stainless steel ingredient chute.
