The Hobart HL400C-1STD planetary mixer is an all-purpose food mixing equipment designed with correctional facilities in mind. This mixer is a solid addition to a kitchen with its powerful 1.5 HP motor and 40-quart capacity. There are three (3) fixed speeds plus a stir speed so you can tackle an array of recipes. The 20-minute SmartTimer helps you stay on top of each recipe, ensuring accurate results every single time. The gear transmission allows for a consistent performance so you can mix and blend products nonstop without issue. The stainless steel bowl has a manual bowl lift style and a stainless steel bowl guard so the mixer is always safe to use. The unit comes with a #12 taper hub, an aluminum "B" beater, a stainless steel "D" wire whip, and an "ED" dough hook. This unit uses a 200-240v/50/60Hz/3-ph electrical connection.
