The SDS-5/8 5/8" Soft Dicing Set is meant to be used with your Hobart FP100 & FP100C series food processors. It includes a soft dicer grid and a soft slicer to create 5/8" chunks that are perfect for adding to a wide range of dishes. It also has a stainless steel knife attached to the plastic part of the set so you can easily and conveniently cut soft fruits and vegetables while working.
