Works great for fruits and vegetables. Cuts fast, blades are very sharp. Using it for making beverages mainly, it’s been fantastic! The parts are easily moved and cleaned. Great tool for any bar or restaurant!

This four wedge cutter is a good quality item, but didn’t work for our restaurant. I’ve already ordered an eight section one, also Nemco. Thank you, guys for the most pleasant customer service.

Excellent slicer!
We use it every day to slice lemons, limes, and oranges for our fresh squeezed fruit drinks, and it does the job extremely well. Simple to use it. Great investment!
