Monster Airmatic FryKutter, cuts extra large potatoes, 3/8" cut, pneumatic air cylinder with built in air-piloted cushions, cuts 720 potatoes per hour, can cut soft vegetables, clear polycarbonate guard, cast aluminum and stainless steel construction, suction cup feet, NSF, Made in USA (compressed air required for operation)

The Nemco 56455-2 Monster Airmatic FryKutter is designed to process up to 720 extra-large potatoes to make freshly cut french fries. With a 4-¼” sq. cutting area, this Commercial French Fry Cutter makes short work out of even the largest potatoes. The blade is configured to produce ⅜” cuts.

This fry cutter features a pneumatically powered system and a polycarbonate guard to keep users safe. When a potato is placed inside and the guard is closed the potato is quickly sliced into french fries with barely any effort from the user. The razor-sharp stainless steel blades minimize effort by reducing drag. Changing the blade is made simple with the modular cartridge assembly.

To make sure this fry cutter is up to the task of serving in the austere environment of a commercial kitchen it features cast aluminum and stainless steel construction for durability and corrosion resistance.

This fry cutter is ETL and NSF listed as well as manufactured in the USA.
