The twin burners have separate 6-position temperature control knobs to adjust the cooking heat to meet your needs. Heat is evenly applied to cookware by the solid cast iron alloy French burners preventing hot and cold spots.

The stainless steel construction has a brushed finish making it simple to wipe-down for cleaning. The durable design is sure to stand up to  year upon year of use in a commercial environment. The burners come with built-in thermo-protection to shut the unit down if the temperature ever rises to uncontrollable levels. A 6-foot cord with a NEMA 6-15P plug is included to connect it to a 240v/60/1-ph power source that can safely supply 12.5 amps of current.
