The KODB8768-C 6' x 8' x 8'-7" H Kold Locker from NorLake is a great option for businesses that need more refrigerated space than their building can handle and have extra outdoor space on their premises. 

Each panel of this walk-in coolers with top mounted compressor is 4” thick and features EPA-compliant foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The panels feature 26 gauge steel construction with embossed stucco and a corrosion-resistant coating. To make assembly simple, each panel has female and male rails that overlap each other for a mechanically air-tight design. Foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners make sure that panels lock together tightly for a truly air-tight seal. The corners are protected by a continuous panel gasket that goes around the outer perimeter without any cuts or breaks. Edge caps on ceiling and floor panels are foamed-in-place that keep them in place through the life of the unit.

The standard 26” wide door has a stepped profile that acts as a barrier to airflow resulting in an energy-efficient door system. To make handling large items easier, a wider 30” door kit is available at no extra cost. This upgraded door comes with a stainless steel kick panel for extra protection. Two cam-lift hinges are included with the door and can be installed on the right or left. These hinges are field-adjustable to make sure the door swings freely while providing an airtight seal. A spring-assisted door closer is included to keep the door from being left ajar. The door comes pre-hung in a 4’ wide panel with a replaceable perimeter heating wire, magnetic stainless steel trim, a digital thermometer, a vapor proof LED lighting fixture and a switch with exterior indicator light. The door can be secured with an NL 9800 deadbolt locking handle with an independent key/padlock feature. To prevent workers from being locked inside, a safety release is included.

The interior temperature is efficiently maintained between 35°F and 38°F by the RCPB050JC-S-0-EV  Capsule Pak Refrigeration System in the ceiling that produces 4060 BTU/hr of heat rejection. The Enviro-Control™ electronic control system controls the Capsule Pak’s temperature and also sets the defrost timer. A weather protection kit is included with all outdoor models. 35 mill white membrane roof material is included and doesn’t need to be glued or seamed on top of the unit, instead, the roofing material is held in place with metal trim flashing secured by self-tapping/drilling TEK screws.
