Southbend PE24C-BB Description
This 24" heavy-duty commercial electric range fits four (4) round hotplates and a cabinet base in one convenient piece of cooking equipment. This unit has a stainless steel construction that can withstand the rigors of daily heavy use. There are two (12) 12" sections on this unit, each with two (2) 2.6-kilowatt heating elements that can be individually turned off or set to low, medium, and high heat settings using the four-position knob.
This commercial range has a 9.25" deep rail at the front and fully insulated lining and burner box. The 5" stainless steel flue riser deflects the heat and smoke produced during cooking to keep users safe and comfortable in the kitchen. The cabinet is made of stainless steel and comes with removable doors that open at the center. The 6" legs can be adjusted to different heights to conform to uneven floors.
