This 36" heavy-duty commercial electric range comes with a set of 12" wide, 24" deep hot plates and a cabinet at the base. Constructed with rust-and-corrosion-resistant stainless steel, this unit is well-equipped to handle the tougher cooking challenges. The hot plates each measure 12" wide, 24" deep, and 0.5" thick. Each plate has a 5.3-kilowatt heating element that can reach temperatures ranging from 250 degrees all the way to 850 degrees Fahrenheit. Use the thermostatic controls to set the exact cooking temperature you need for each recipe. The cabinet base has stainless steel construction and center-opening removable doors.

This commercial range has a 9.25" deep rail and fully insulated lining and burner box. A 5" stainless steel flue riser helps keep users comfortable in the kitchen by diverting the heat and smoke produced by the unit. The 6" legs can be set to different heights to conform to uneven floors.
