Heat Treat: Performs a heat treatment cycle each night to reduce how often the machine needs to be disassembled & cleaned, machines with Heat Treat only need to be cleaned once every (21) days, requires special ice cream products, weekly rinse & sanitization is recommended, (machine total voltage with Heat Treat option) 208-230v/60/3-ph, 2 poles/3 wires, 900 watts, 15.0 amps, cord with NEMA L15-20P Only available on 6378 & 6236 base models (contact factory for pricing)

Start-up & training
