• Equipment Stands
  • All equipment stands are equipped with a bottom shelf for additional stability as well as storage.
  • Ultra-Max equipment stand top shelves are furnished with a 1” lip to prevent equipment from sliding off sides and back.
  • Standard equipment stands, floor model stands and low profile stands ensure your gas or electric conveyor ovens are at the right working height for your needs. Stands are available with or without casters.
• Conveyor Entry Shelf
  • Six inch entry shelf is angled up to help guide product onto conveyor belt.
• Conveyor Exit Shelves
  • Available in 8” and 11” depths and suitable for both gas and electric ovens to provide additional space for menu items when exiting the cooking chamber. The 8” shelf is available in a “drop” position (angled downward) to help guide product off (conveyor belt).
• Gas and Electric Oven Nozzle Plates
  • Holman Ultra-Max conveyor ovens are shipped standard with a top and bottom full open nozzle plate. A variety of optional configurations are available to accommodate many cooking requirements.
• Caster Kit
  • Casters for equipment stands provide easy mobility and flexible work environment.
