The Turbo-Air M3F47-4-N M3 freezer is a top-mount reach-in freezer designed to fulfill the storage needs of commercial kitchens. This self-contained freezer is a product of Turbo-Air, a leading provider of heavy-duty refrigeration systems worldwide.

The Turbo-Air M3F47-4-N has two sections that add up to a full capacity of 42.1 cu. ft. At 51 3/4” wide x 30 3/4” deep x 78” tall, this freezer has generous amounts of storage space for your frozen items. It has six heavy-duty polyethylene-coated wire shelves with the option to add more. It also has energy-efficient LED interior lighting.

The unit has a robust exterior construction with stainless steel front, sides, doors, and interior floor. The rest of the interior is built with aluminum. The freezer’s (4) half-hinged doors are fitted with recessed handles and locks that give them a simple, elegant appearance. They also have magnetic door gaskets that can be removed with ease. The doors use pressure release, which instantly releases the vacuum seal so you can open them without effort.  Each time a door opens, the freezer lets out a beep. If a door remains open for a long period of time, the freezer will sound an alarm to let you know you need to shut the door completely.

You can set the temperature from -10° F to 0° F using the freezer’s temperature control and monitoring system accessible through the LED display. This is a self-diagnostic system that keeps track of possible issues and notifies you even before you notice them. It has smart fuzzy defrost, which automatically kicks in and defrosts the freezer only for the time required. This reduces the time it takes for the freezer to reach optimal temperatures. When new items are placed inside the freezer, you can turn on Turbo Freeze to quickly bring down the interior’s temperature.

To make sure the condenser is clean and free from dust, the Turbo-Air M3F47-4-N uses a self-cleaning condenser system with a rotating brush that cleans the condenser two to three times per day. This helps minimize the need for manual cleaning and ensures your freezer’s condenser is always in top shape. This unit uses Turbo-Air’s energy-saving hot gas condensate system, which uses specially treated pipes to prevent the refrigerant from leaking. It also has foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation that helps trap cold air inside to increase energy efficiency.

The Turbo-Air M3F47-4-N uses an environment-friendly refrigerant called R290. This is a hydrocarbon refrigerant that meets the rigorous new regulations set by the DOE and EPA in 2017. R290 has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a low global warming potential (GWP) of 3.

The freezer stands on 4” swivel casters with locks on the front set. For an extra fee, you may also get optional 6” stainless steel legs if you prefer a non-mobile option. You may also avail of extra half-door bun tray racks that can hold up to (6) 18” x 26” sheet pans at an additional charge.
