The TCGB-60-W(B)-N Bakery Case from Turbo Air is a fully refrigerated model with 19.4 cu. ft. of space to show off your shop’s finest cakes and pastries. Inside the Refrigerated Display Case are two cantilever shelves made from PE coated wire that can be adjusted to best display your finest offerings. The stainless steel floor features an air grille to evenly distribute cold air keeping baked goods fresh.

The front glass is curved with minimal framing to provide customers with an unobstructed view of the products on display. The double pane tempered glass provides ample insulation and a Low-E coating further prevents heat from entering.

Below the unit is a self-cleaning condenser, a design patented by Turbo Air. A rotating brush regularly goes over a filter made from fine mesh to remove dust to make sure the compressor is clean to make sure the refrigeration system runs as efficiently as possible.

This bakery case has a ¾ HP compressor and uses eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant. Standard 115v/60/1-ph electricity at 8.6 amps is used by this model. For ease of installation, a 59-⅛” power cord is included.

• Recommended operating conditions: TCGB models are designed to operate in an environment where temperature & humidity do not exceed 75°F and 55% respectively. Units should not be installed near HVAC vents, fans or doorways that will disrupt the air curtain and compromise the function of the cabinet. Air curtain models will run most efficiently when completely loaded with product.
