The Turbo Air TIDC-26W-N Ice Cream Dipping Cabinet provides a professional platform for storing and serving ice cream. This Commercial Dipping Cabinet has space for four standard 3-gallon ice cream containers. Turbo Air’s Cold Wall System evenly cools the storage compartment eliminating temperature fluctuations to make sure ice cream is consistently between -10°F and 8°F. This makes scooping easy and maintains the ice cream’s consistency so it isn’t liquified at the top of a tub and solid ice at the bottom.

The interior features LED lighting which is brighter than other bulbs and produces little to no heat. Aside from maximizing the display effect on ice cream, LED lighting also has a much longer lifespan than other light sources. PE coated frost shields that are held in place magnetically make it easy to remove frost that accumulates on the inside walls.

The Low-Emissivity front glass on this dipping cabinet is stylishly curved providing customers with a great view of the ice cream being scooped. This design also protects the ice cream from coughs and sneezes.

The condenser features ⅕” condenser pin gaps with and an electrodeposition coating allowing it to stay clean for 5 years without maintenance.

This unit is powered by a ⅓ HP compressor that uses standard 115v/60/1-ph electricity and draws 1.9 amps at full load.
