Turbo Air TIDC-70W-N Description
The Turbo Air TIDC-70W-N Ice Cream Dipping Cabinet provides a professional presentation for establishments that want to display up to 12 different flavors of ice cream. This Commercial Dipping Cabinet can also hold 8 more 3-gallon tubs in a separate compartment to make sure the display is easy to stock.
The Low emissivity front glass provides customers a direct view of the ice cream and the curved glass all the way to the top protects the ice cream from coughs and sneezes. LED lighting makes sure the ice cream is easily visible, LED lights have the benefit of running cool and will not have an effect on the cooling.
Turbo Air’s cold wall system locks in the temperature and gets rid of fluctuations inside the ice cream storage area. This prevents the ice cream at the top of tops from being too runny, while the bottom is rock solid. The cold wall system makes sure ice cream is the perfect creamy consistency from top to bottom.
PE coated magnetic frost shields, make it easy to remove frost and clean the interior.
The condenser in this model uses ⅕” condenser pin gaps and an electrodeposition coating which allows it to stay clean and preventing tarnishing allowing it to go 5 years without cleaning.
This ice cream dipping cabinet uses a 1 HP compressor powered by standard 115v/60/1-ph power and draws 6.7 amps at full load.
