The TST-48SD-18-N Super Deluxe Sandwich/Salad Unit from Turbo Air is an easy pick if you’re looking for a small prep table that has 15 cu. ft. of refrigerated reach-in cabinet space and a full-width cold bunker that can hold 18 ⅙-size pans. This prep table is easy to wheel into place thanks to its 4” swivel casters and powering it is easy with the included 9-foot power cable. Since it uses standard 115v/60/1-ph power and only draws 4.4 amps at full load it can be plugged into most wall sockets. The mobility of this unit makes it perfect for caterers and in establishments that need a prep table that’s easy to move.

The worktop features a high-density polyethylene cutting board that runs the full width of the prep table providing plenty of space to work on sandwiches or salads. The cold bunker features an insulated pan cover to protect the ingredients while the forced-air system keeps everything below 41°F, even with the lid open.

Storing larger items is easy in either of the reach-in cabinets and the included stainless steel shelving maximizes the use of the space available.
