A vital kitchen appliance for any restaurant owner, the heavy-duty industrial gas ranges from Eagle are made for high-volume kitchens that serve many customers daily. Eagle’s broad selection of gas ranges for restaurants comes in different types of burners and griddle configurations, all available at CKitchen. The units are equipped with manual thermostatic controls along with a safety pilot. The burners can be powered with natural gas and liquid propane and can supply 25,000 BTU. They have cast iron grates, angled manual controls, full-sized polished stainless steel drip pans, an aluminized steel base, and bull-nosed edge, and adjustable cast metal legs with flanged feet for extra stability. The heavy gauge stainless steel griddle and the hot plate come with aluminized sides, which can be fully welded to the top assembly. The thermostatic controls are adjustable from 100° to 450°F, and 4000-watt heating elements are secured to the underside of the griddle plate for uniform heat distribution. A broad front trough with a chute accommodates standard-sized spatulas for easy, mess-free cooking.
