Sierra dual-rotating ceramic deck ovens have three burners, each with a BTU capacity of 30000, and can bake 168 12" pizzas in an hour. They come with a dual temperature display, a three-way tempered glass door system, an emergency shutoff button, a powerful heat transfer system, a pressure regulator, and an on/off control for the deck rotation. These deck ovens have a maximum operating temperature of 650℉.
