Jade Range stock pots contain infinite control manual gas valves for temperature control. The two-ring burners include interchangeable cast iron top grates for woks or candy bowls, while the three-ring burners possess polished stainless steel top grates. They have a 14-gauge welded stainless steel construction and cast iron burners that can deliver 45,000 to 360,000 BTU/hr.
