AccuTemp E62083E080 (QUICK SHIP) Connected Evolution™ Steamer

The E62083E080 (QUICK SHIP) Connected Evolution™ steamer from AccuTemp is a boilerless model in a countertop form factor that uses electrical power to heat it. The voltage configuration for this model is 208v/60/3-ph. This Boilerless Countertop Convection Steamer is incredibly efficient and features qualification with ENERGY STAR. It also uses very little water and consumes under 1-½ gallons of water per hour.

AccuTemp’s Steam Vector Technology (SVT) evenly applies steam throughout its 14 gauge 304 stainless steel cavity and makes sure each of the six 12x20x2.5” or four 12x20x4” pans are evenly hit by steam. The SVT is unique since it doesn’t rely on any moving parts, which means there is less that can break down, no pumps, fans or solenoids to check and replace. The SVT uses a steam collector and distributor panels with jets in them to distribute steam, these parts are easy to remove and can conveniently be washed in a dishwasher.

The digital controls are simple to use and clean and a digital temperature readout makes it easy to check the running temperature at a glance. An independent timer with a programmable preset is included for further ease of use. 

One of the best features of this steamer is that any potable water can be used to supply it. There’s no need to install any water treatment or filtration into the supply line since it’s completely unaffected by hard water. In fact, it’s not necessary to run any scheduled de-liming tasks all while still being covered under the lifetime service and support guarantee.

This Boilerless Countertop Convection Steamer comes with a 5’ power cable that terminates in an L15-30P plug to connect it to an outlet with a 30.0 amp breaker.
