Being a chef in the restaurant I can’t imagine my everyday cooking without this griddle. It saves me during the busiest shifts. Burgers, pancakes, French toasts, bacon, eggs, and more – all done well and super fast. Unit is just so as described on the website. Love it in my commercial kitchen!!!
