Compact Refrigerated Counter-Top Prep Unit, 27-1/2"W, includes (8) 1/6 lexan pans & covers, self-contained capillary tube refrigeration, 33°F to 41°F temperature range, manual defrost, stainless steel interior & exterior, plastic feet, R600a Hydrocarbon refrigerant, 457 BTU/h rejected heated air gain, 1/5 HP, 1.4 amps, cord, NEMA 5-15P, cETLus, ETL-SanitationStandard Features:
- Coldwall heat exchange system.
- Plastic non-scratch feet included.
- No on/off switch. Must be de-energized to defrost.
- Interior cabinet consists of full stainless steel liner.
- Exterior cabinet consists of full stainless steel shell.
- Standard with full one year parts and labor warranty.
- Tested to NSF Standard 7 requirements for open food storage.
- Optional legs - part #69438K. Stainless adjustable lets, set of four.
- Includes 1/6 size Lexan pans and covers. 6” deep back row. 4” deep front row.
- Self contained capillary tube system using environmentally friendly R600a Hydrocarbon gas.
