This 36" wide commercial charbroiler comes with seven (7) burners and stainless steel construction, making it a dependable meat-grilling workhorse that can handle the rigors of daily heavy use. The unit features cast-iron radiants that heat up the free-floating round rod top grate, which can be angled to four (4) different positions so you can find the best setup that will deliver the best results for your recipes. The grate includes an EZ tilt-to-front grease trough that controls the movement of the grease and reduces flareups. With the cast iron material and the fully insulated double walls, this commercial grill takes less time to recover and reach the desired temperature after each cooking session.

A continuously lit crossover pilot tube system allows you to quickly turn on the unit and start cooking. A top grid scraper is supplied to make it easy to clean the cooking surface of any food debris or grease buildup. The unit is mounted on 6" adjustable legs and is fitted with a 6" service shelf, a towel bar, and water tubs.
