This 48" wide gas commercial charbroiler has a stainless steel construction designed to protect the unit from corrosion and damage from heavy use. There are 10 burners that each delivers 15,000 BTU cooking power. The unit features coal radiants with Glo-Stones, which help enrich the flavors, speed up recovery in between uses, and simplify cleaning.

The free-floating round rod top grates can be set to four(4) tilted positions to get the ideal doneness and quality for each recipe. The EZ grease trough ith a tilt-to-front design that controls the grease to reduce flareups during cooking. The fully insulated double walls increase the commercial grill's heat-retaining abilities to further speed up cooking. The continuously lit crossover pilot tube system allows you to turn on the unit instantly so you can get to work immediately. A top grid scraper is included so you can easily scrub off accumulated food debris or grease for a smoother and safer operation. The unit comes standard with 6" legs that can be adjusted for uneven floors, a 6" service shelf, a utility bar, and water tubs.
