Bakers Pride P48S Description
Perfect for baking and roasting, the Bakers Pride P48S countertop oven features two (2) 7" tall cooking chambers. Each compartment comes with a removable Cordierite ceramic deck that measures 20.75" in width and depth to fit a large amount of food items at once. The exterior of this countertop pizza oven is all stainless steel, making it infinitely sleek, durable, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. The inside is aluminized steel, ready for high-heat baking.
This versatile commercial pizza oven operates at a temperature of 150 to 550°F, which can be easily adjusted from the thermostat. Each deck is heated by the top and bottom Incoloy heating elements that can be independently controlled for tailored results.
A mechanical timer allows you to set a timer of up to 60 minutes for each compartment for added accuracy. The continuous ring alarm ensures you grab the cooked items on time so you can serve them promptly to your hungry guests. The entire unit stands on 4" legs that are adjustable to keep it stable on uneven surfaces.
The Bakers Pride P48S electric countertop oven is approved by NSF, UL, CSA, CE. Single-phase units include a 6' cord and plug. Enjoy a one-year limited warranty with your purchase.
