The Bakers Pride P18S countertop electric oven from the HearthBake Series is a durable and compact foodservice solution for baking pizza slices, pretzels, flatbreads, and other baked goods in individual servings. With two (2) durable cordierite ceramic hearth decks in tow, there’s no baking container needed. This countertop oven features a spacious fully-welded baking chamber made of aluminized steel for excellent durability and stability. On the outside, you get rust-resistant stainless steel to protect product integrity even after years of use. 

This countertop pizza oven is packing top and bottom Incoloy heating elements that are independently controlled to get desired results. Place the food items straight onto the cordierite ceramic hearth decks, which are designed to withstand extreme heat and temperature changes for a quick and efficient bake. This means you can lower the temperature down to 300°F or raise it all the way to 650°F without the risk of shocking and breaking the decks.

This countertop oven requires no additional training and makes baking progress monitoring super easy. The simple control panel at the bottom of the pull-down door features control knobs that let you adjust the temperature and set a timer of up to 15 minutes. The unit even features a continuous alarm that requires manual shutoff for safety. This commercial pizza oven stands on four (4) 4" legs that are adjustable so you can keep it perfectly level even on uneven surfaces. 

The Bakers Pride P18S countertop electric oven is UL, cUL, and CE approved. It comes with a  6' cord and plug with support for 120, 208, or 240v single phase electrical connection.
