The Bakers Pride P22S electric oven from the HearthBake Series is a compact countertop oven designed specifically for baking smaller portions of baked products such as pizza, pretzels, and flatbreads. The stainless steel exterior and the fully welded aluminum steel cooking chamber make for a dependable, high-quality piece of equipment that won't crumble in tougher environments and frequent use.

Watch this countertop pizza oven bake your products to perfection on two (2) cordierite decks each with a cooking height of 3.25".  These decks offer lasting durability, able to handle high heat and sharp temperature changes. You can use baking sheets, pizza screens, or nothing at all and still get amazing results. The Incoloy heating elements at the top and bottom are adjustable independently so you can easily set the right level of heat for every bake.

Designed for easy operation, this commercial pizza oven has a temperature range of 284 and 680 degrees Fahrenheit that can be adjusted from the front control panel. A mechanical timer can be set up to 15 minutes with an alarm that rings nonstop until manual shutoff to help keep you on track and serve the cooked food on time.

The Bakers Pride P22S countertop electric oven comes with UL, cUL, and CE certifications.
