This Berkel slicer really exceeded my expectations.
Beautifully designed, in a red color – the slicer is a piece of art itself! The product is manually operated. Meat and cheese slices are thin and even. Top quality machine I highly recommend!

Outstanding! The machine is able to provide tissue thin slices effortlessly. I think meat tastes even more delicious when it sliced that way. We use it constantly, no issues. Worth the price, don’t hesitate to purchase.

So glad I bought it for our commercial kitchen. This machine is incredibly durable, and can stand up to the use we put it through daily. Operation is manual, no electricity needed. It’s quick to dissemble for easy cleaning. Love everything about this beautiful machine. Would recommend.
