This unit is certified to store open food products inside its stainless steel interior. The door is self-closing to prevent it from being left ajar. Two epoxy-coated wire shelves are included to maximize the use of space while organizing items. Users will find the stay-open feature handy since it will free up both their hands to access multiple items easily. An airtight seal is ensured by a magnetic door gasket. This back bar refrigerator features a balanced forced-air refrigeration system that can rapidly cool products inside.

A ¼ HP compressor provides 1702 BTU/hr of efficient cooling and can be ordered installed on either the right or left side of the unit to best fit your establishment’s needs. The epoxy-coated evaporator in this model makes sure that a temperature between 36ºF and 38ºF efficiently and reliably. Full electronic control keeps power consumption and stress on the refrigeration system at a minimum. A non-electric automatic defrost cycle keeps the refrigerator system running efficiently and reliably without downtime. Eco-friendly R290 refrigerant is used by this unit to meet all environmental regulations.

This unit ships from the factory with an 8-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug set to connect it to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power outlet.
