The interior is food rated and has a total of 19.92 cu. ft. of capacity, the interior can also be used to store three ½ kegs.
The reach-in section features two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves to keep items organized and easy to access. To prevent the door from being left ajar the door is self-closing. The interior is made from stainless steel for easy cleaning and maintenance. This refrigerator is open food product certified. To safely and efficiently handle multiple items workers need to be able to use both hands, which is why the doors on this unit have a stay-open feature. When the doors are closed, an airtight seal is provided by the magnetic gaskets. The forced-air refrigeration system provides balanced cooling that can quickly make the mercury plummet.
1942 BTU/hr of cooling potential is provided by the self-contained refrigeration system with a ⅓ HP compressor. The refrigeration system can be mounted on either the left or right. The temperature inside is maintained between 36ºF and 38ºF by the fully electronic controls. An epoxy-coated evaporator coil makes sure efficient cooling will be provided for many years with minimal service. Defrosting is accomplished automatically with a non-electric system to reduce downtime while keeping the interior free of frost. The refrigerant used is R290, an environmentally-friendly hydrocarbon that meets all environmental regulations.
Power is supplied to the unit with a factory wired 8-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug set to connect it to a standard outlet that provides 115v/60/1-ph power at 3.1 amps.
