This unit provides 8.31 cu. ft. of refrigerated space for a single ½ keg.
A self-closing door with magnetic door gaskets makes sure the beer inside is kept cool with as little power draw as possible. To keep the keg inside secure, a door lock is included. The walls and ceiling inside the unit are made from galvanized steel while the door sill and floor are reinforced with stainless steel for durability. The durable stainless steel top provides the ideal place to serve beverages and comes with a built-in drip tray that connects to a drain tube at the bottom of the unit to empty out into a floor drain. To prevent foaming and make sure beer is always nice and cool the 3” dispensing tower made from stainless steel is insulated.
1702 BTU/hr of cooling is generated by the self-contained refrigeration system using a ¼ HP compressor. The refrigeration system can be mounted on either the left or right. The interior temperature is kept between 36ºF and 38ºF by the fully electronic controls while an epoxy-coated evaporator makes sure the refrigeration system requires as little maintenance as possible while providing refrigeration you can rely on. The interior is kept free of frost with an automatic non-electric defrost system that cuts down on downtime. To meet all environmental regulations, R290 refrigerant is used.
An 8’ power cord comes factory-wired on this unit with a NEMA 5-15P plug set to connect it to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power outlet that can safely deliver 2.5 amps.
