The Beverage Air FB44HC-1G Freezer is a dual glass door model that can be used as a merchandizer or back-of-house freezer unit designed for commercial use. This freezer's sections offer a total of 44 cu. ft. of refrigeration that is easy to organize and access.

The sections come with a total of six epoxy-coated wire shelves to maximize the amount of usable space. The LED lighting is much more dependable than incandescent or fluorescent solutions while producing much less heat which saves on refrigeration costs. The doors on this unit provide easy access to items with anti-microbial handles that provide an additional layer of sanitary protection. Doors are self-closing to make sure they are always completely closed which saves on power costs. The doors also have a stay-open feature that is activated when they are opened to 120º and allows users to easily handle multiple items with both their hands.

At the base of this freezer, the self-contained refrigeration system provides efficient cooling with a ¾ HP compressor that produces 2312 BTU/hr of cooling. Beverage Air includes an epoxy coated-coated evaporator coil for durability and reliability while reducing downtime due to maintenance. The temperature inside the sections is maintained below 0ºF efficiently by fully electronic controls. Defrosting is accomplished automatically with an electric system, this eliminates downtime while keeping the interior free of frost. The refrigerant used is R290, an environmentally-friendly hydrocarbon that meets all environmental regulations and has a minimal negative impact on the atmosphere.

These units come from the factory on 6” casters by default but can be swapped for 3” casters or 6” legs at no extra cost. The 6” casters allow the unit to be easily rolled in and out of place for simplified cleaning. An eight-foot power cable comes prewired from the factory with a NEMA 5-15P plug set for use with standard 115v/60/1-ph power at 11 amps.
