The Beverage Air SPE60HC-24M Elite Series™ Mega Top is an excellent prep table featuring two refrigerated bunkers with two dozen ⅙ pans, additional ingredients are kept close at hand in the reach-in sections below the worktop. The 16.02 cu. ft. offered by the reach-in sections is plenty of capacity for additional items that need to be accessed quickly. The 10” deep polyethylene cutting board on the worktop provides plenty of room to work on salads and sandwiches. 24 4” deep ⅙ size pans are included to keep prepped ingredients in the cold bunker well organized.

The reach-in cabinets each have two epoxy-coated shelves to organize items and maximize the usability of the space. The sturdy stainless steel doors provide convenient access and are self-closing to reduce power consumption. To free up users’ hands when accessing multiple items from the refrigerator the doors have a stay-open feature that is activated when the door is opened to 120˚. Magnetic door gaskets are included to make sure when the doors are closed the seal is airtight. 

A bottom-mounted self-contained refrigeration system producing ⅓ HP compressor offers 1549 BTU/hr of reliable cooling. The epoxy-coated evaporator in this unit makes sure efficient cooling is provided in a reliable manner for many years with minimal service. Full electric controls keep the temperature between 36ºF and 38ºF while consuming as little electricity as possible. The non-electric automatic defrost cycle keeps the unit running efficiently without downtime. R290 refrigerant is eco-friendly and provides efficient cooling while meeting all regulations.

6” casters are included making the unit simple to move for cleaning or maintenance. The front casters are locking to prevent the unit from moving around when in production. An 8’ power cord is provided with a NEMA 5-15-P plug set to connect it to a standard outlet with 115/60/1-ph power at 5.4 amps.
