Sandwich Top Refrigerated Counter, three-section, 72"W, 20.02 cu. ft., (3) doors, stainless steel top with opening for (12) 1/6 size pans, 17" cutting board & available counter space, (6) shelves, stainless steel exterior top, front, sides & doors, galvanized steel exterior bottom and back, aluminum interior, rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration, (pans furnished are 4" deep, tops will accommodate 6" deep pans), R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, 1/3 HP, cULus, UL EPH Classified, UL-SanitationThe Beverage Air SPE72HC-12C Elite Series™ Sandwich Top Refrigerated Counter is a large three-door prep table featuring an extra deep integrated cutting board that offers lots of space for working on sandwiches and salads. The chilled ingredient storage area holds a dozen ⅙ polycarbonate pans that are 4” deep. The reach-in refrigeration sections below the worktop offer a total of 20.02 cu. ft. of storage space.
Each reach-in cabinet has two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves to make the best use of the space and organize items. The liners of these refrigerators are made from corrosion-resistant aluminum that is easy to clean and maintain. The stainless steel doors lock in the cold air with snap-in gaskets that can be removed easily for maintenance or cleaning. The interior of each refrigerator is subjected to enhanced airflow which keeps the temperature between 36º and 38ºF.
Sandwich ingredients and condiments are kept nice and cool and easily accessed under a stainless steel lid and hood assembly. The extended cutting board is 17” deep providing more than enough room to work on sandwiches or prep ingredients. The cutting board is held in place but easy to remove for cleaning. Since the cooled pan storage does not cover the entire worktop, there is additional space to place additional ingredients that don’t require refrigeration.
The self-contained refrigeration system at the bottom of this prep counter has an efficient ⅓ HP compressor with 1549 BTU/hr of cooling capacity. Cooling is efficiently provided with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that meets all environmental regulations. Automatic defrosting is provided with a non-electric system.
This unit is configured to use standard 115v/60/1-ph power and comes with an eight-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug set.
