This refrigerator offers 40.12 cu. ft. of storage space in three reach-in sections and two drawers that stay out of the way while being easy to access. The worktop is made from stainless steel specifically to stand up to daily use in the busiest commercial kitchens.

The drawers are easy to reach with painted aluminum handles and glide effortlessly on stainless steel drawer frames supported by telescoping drawer slides. The drawers are designed to hold pans up to 6” deep to store loose ingredients. To keep warm air from seeping into the drawers, snap-in gaskets are included. Users can be sure that the drawers won’t accidentally pull out completely thanks to a locking mechanism.

The three self-closing doors items inside the reach-in sections are convenient to access while minimizing power usage to maintain the temperature inside. Two epoxy-coated shelves make the most out of the available space. To make accessing multiple items as simple as possible the doors can be opened to 120˚ to keep them open allowing users to use both hands. When the doors are closed magnetic gaskets make sure that an airtight seal is maintained.

The unit ships from the factory with 6” casters which allow the unit to be easily moved for service or cleaning. Locking casters at the front of the unit secure it in place when in use. Power is provided to the unit with the 8’ power cord that comes prewired from the factory with a NEMA 5-15P plug set for use with a standard outlet with 115v/60/1-ph power at 5.0 amps.
