The Blodgett BX-14E SGL is a full-size single-compartment electric combi oven and steamer combo that can cook food with steam, convection heat, and a combination of both to deliver nutritious dishes loaded with flavor at the quickest time possible. This is a boilerless unit with durable stainless steel construction that helps conserve water when generating steam. 

This combi oven can fit as many as 14 hotel pans or up to seven (7) full-size sheet pans. The combi oven is supplied with five (5) stainless steel wire shelves that can be positioned in 13 rack guides to accommodate different types of food. The oven features a thermostat that can adjust the temperature all the way to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. A multispeed reversing fan brings the hot air and steam throughout the cavity to maximize the capacity and deliver delicious results from every rack. Since it is open vented, you won’t have to worry about the flavors of various products mixing together. Steam is also released before the door is fully opened for added safety.

The fully insulated cooking chamber helps keep the temperature consistent for efficient baking. The halogen lights keep the interior visible from the beautiful dual-pane glass window so you can easily check your progress. The 4” removable fillet core temperature probe helps you keep track of the temperatures of the food, reducing mistakes and ensuring an accurate bake. Even when the food is ready, the combi oven can hold your dishes until they are to be served to maintain optimal quality and freshness.

This commercial oven allows you to switch between multiple cooking modes including cool down. This unit also lets you program in as many as 100 recipes so you can cook your signature items at the push of a button with consistent results. You even get the option to can even upload and download these recipes using the USB port on the unit. The steam-on-demand feature allows you to set the unit to steam for a specific length of time, giving you more flexibility and diverse results. The unit features a vent through the steam escapes the cavity.

Maintain the oven’s cleanliness is super easy. From the covered interior, the hinged pressure panel. the semi-auto delime system, and the retractable hose on board as well as the deliming bottle and pump assembly and pressure spray bottle for oven cleaning that comes with the unit, you have everything you need to keep the oven food-safe and sparkling clean. No need to guess when the unit should be delimed, the unit will prompt you.

This gas combi oven comes with a floor stand with rack supports. The unit meets cETLus and NSF standards and comes with a one-year warranty on parts and labor.
